ScriptServer have had focus on our Support after feedback from our customers and registered ScriptServer Partners. ScriptServer Support is now easily and quickly accessible through the new “Support Form”
We would like to take the opportunity to specify our support procedures and more explicitly explain which enquiries are chargeable and non-chargeable.
All bugs raised in relation to the latest version of our products are considered to be flaws in our software and will be resolved free of charge. If an issue is related to previous versions of our products, any support or assistance will be charged with minimum 1.5 hours according to standard rates from our pricelist.
BUGS are non chargeable and will rapidly be addressed and solved.
“Support Requests” between 1-5 hours will rapidly be addressed and solved, without further acceptance from Partner/Customer.
If a “Support Requests” is estimated to last more than 5 hours, the respective Partner Account Manager or the Customer Account Manager will be involved and the Partner/Customer will receive a request for cost acceptance related to the specific issue.

ScriptServer Support is placed in Denmark. All prices are charged in country specific currencies and all invoices will be sent from ScriptServer Support, Denmark.
